I like to think I am computer smart….

I like to think I am computer smart, that is until I run into an issue such as adding and configuring a new printer. During this frustrating process I called Smile and the Rep logged into my PC, he was WONDERFUL, he remained calm and in control during the entire process. The use of this technology is amazing. It not only saved time for our office, the technician was very knowledgable and provided information as he did his thing. He was very kind, professional and enjoyable to work with. I would definately use this service again and I would actually prefer this over a service call when available.
